qsampler software package provides LinuxSampler GUI frontend based on the Qt toolkit, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qsampler
qsampler is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qsampler package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qsampler *
You will get with qsampler package name, version, architecture and description in a table
